Karen J. Fine, The Act Lady, became an Act! Certified Consultant in 1996. She worked as an independent consultant with MarketPlace Innovations, Inc. from 1996 to 2001. Since then she has worked exclusively at her own company, KJF and Associates, Inc. Although the majority of her clients are in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area, Karen has worked with clients throughout Minnesota, South Dakota, and western Wisconsin.
Karen approaches each client's ACT! requirements as a stand-alone project. No upstart computer-geek, Karen's personable teaching and consulting approach puts neophyte ACT! users and long-time practitioners at ease.
Karen handles all ACT! training, consulting, and sales concerns herself. She is plain speaking, with no computerese jargon—just easy-to-understand facts that focus on getting your ACT! database up and running.
Karen has over 35 years experience in business. She worked in administration, accounting, and management before forming The Act Lady, a division of KJF and Associates, Inc. Karen earned a B.A. from Maclester College, St. Paul, Minnesota, and an MBA from the University of Baltimore, Baltimore, Maryland.
