Third-Party Add-Ons for ACT! are like breaths of fresh air. They provide innovative enhancements to standard ACT! functions, such as creating customized e-mails for mass e-mailing campaigns, linking Internet participants for real-time conferencing, synchronizing your ACT! contact and calendar information to PDAs and handheld organizers, etc.
Because each ACT! user has different skills and contact management needs, review the following Third-Party Add-Ons to determine how they might help you.
SwiftPage Email
SwiftPage Email is a state-of-the-art service that allows you to send 1 to 100,000 emails through SwiftPage Email servers, without using your ISP or tying up your network.
Email content is developed using templates. Templates are available from the SwiftPage Emails template library or by creating your own company-specific templates. A template can contain text, graphics, tables, hypertext links, and mail-merge placeholders that link directly to fields in your ACT! contact record whenever you run a mail merge. In addition, you can link surveys to your template, and have SwiftPage mail create survey profiles and track survey responses.
SwiftPage Email integrates into your database, so you do not need to import or export your email contact list to the SwiftPage Email system each time you send a mass emailing campaign.
A SwiftPage Email button is added to your ACT! tool bar. You access SwiftPage and its templates directly, without leaving the ACT! application.
With SwiftPage Email, you stay compliant with the CAN-SPAM law by automatically suppressing email addresses that have opted-out (account wide).
